APPLICATIONS

The TKP-1 Vacuum Chamber Tester is a microprocessor-based, portable device for testing vacuum chambers of circuit breakers.

The test is based on the analysis of the leakage current value during the generation of DC voltage.

DESCRIPTION

TKP-1 allows you to generate voltage in the range of 10kV to 80kV in 1kV steps with detection of exceeding the load current, which is adjustable in the range from 100μA to 500μA.

During the test, the display shows the actual values ​​of voltage, current and test duration.

 

The device is equipped with a diode optical signaling of the chamber test result.

Red color means that the chamber has been classified as defective, green color means an acceptable test result.

 

After the test is performed, it is possible to save the results to memory and print a report from the test on a thermal printer.

For safety reasons, the device is equipped with an emergency shutdown button.
